How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a direct link to your courier's tracking page. You can also log in to your account and view live tracking under My Orders.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once dispatched, address changes must be handled through the courier directly. Use our Contact page for urgent requests.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please photograph the damaged item and packaging, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Is Saturday or Sunday delivery available?
Weekend delivery is available in select areas via UPS Saturday Delivery. This option will appear at checkout if available for your zip code. Standard delivery windows apply Monday through Friday.
