Refund & Return Policy

At PrimePath Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with every pen, notebook, planner, and office accessory you order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and claims work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most unused accessories within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in original condition with all included parts and packaging.
  • The product has not been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase from PrimePath Goods.

Multi-item packs and bundles may only be returned if unopened. Opened bundles are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance at time of purchase.
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage after delivery.
  • Opened consumable products (ink cartridges, adhesive tape, etc.) unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email rashidhussain@dealsprintmart.com or use our Contact Support form.
  2. Include your order number, item name/SKU, and reason for return.
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and any required RMA details.

Do not send returns without approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless PrimePath Goods provides a prepaid label for a defective or incorrect item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no return shipping required for defective items.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

PrimePath Goods stands behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, contact us and we will make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Contact support before returning. We will help arrange an exchange when stock is available. Price differences may apply.
